Meet Dr.Yumiko Sakurai
Yumiko Sakurai,D.D.S.
Dr. Sakurai earned her D.D.S. from the Meikai University School of Dentistry, Saitama Japan in 2002.
She received her Certificate in Orthodontics from the Tokyo Medical and Dental University Department of Maxillofacial Orthognathics in 2005.
She practiced Orthodontics for 5 years at the Tokyo Medical and Dental University and then attended one year Pediatric dentistry and one year Orthodontic residency program at New York University College of Dentistry. After completing her residency at New York University, she practiced at multiple successful Manhattan clinics, including Yon H Lai ,D.D.S., PC , Gail E. Schupak Orthodontics and Park Avenue Orthodontics.
Dr. Sakurai is currently a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, Japanese Orthodontic Society, Tokyo Orthodontic Society and Japanese Cleft Palate Association.
